SolarUS Products
The heat pipe is a hollow copper pipe with a bulbous end which resides in the center of the tube. It transfers heat from the evacuated tube to the manifold.

The SolarUS heat pipe uses a patented metal coating system inside of the heat pipe which is increases efficiency and performance. We also use a patented liquid/gas inside the heat pipe to prevent overnight freezing. In addition, this product will not foul the heat pipe as other solids used in the industry have

Many manufacturers use a twin pipe bent around a well as the header pipe.
The SolarUS difference:
SolarUS uses a very high purity copper and sleeve through the center of the pipe. This increases the contact area and as such, improves heat transfer.
Where most manufacturers use fiber type insulations alone, we add an additional layer of high R-value foam to reduce heat loss in the manifold; as well as, a moisture barrier to keep out unwanted moisture.

SolarUS uses a high-tech closed cell foam insulation which is unaffected by water and condensation and has a very high R value per inch. This allows higher performance results in cold weather.
Manifold Insulation
The solar pump station consists of an S011 circulation unit applied to the primary circuit and oversees the management of the solar panel storage tank fluid thermodynamic cycle for subsequent supply to utilities via hydraulic distribution circuits. The unit essentially consist of a circulator with appropriate performance (rate of flow/head) and regulation and control devices governing the operating circuit.

Solar Controller
The SolarUS controller is designed to detect the temperature inside the copper heat exchanger and the temperature of the water inside of your hot water tank. If the temperature in the heat exchanger is higher, the controller signals for water from your hot water tank to be pumped through the solar collector, where it is subsequently heated. This heated water then returns to your hot water tank. Presto! You now have solar heated water. The process repeats itself as needed according to your hot water usage. The SolarUS controller will do the work automatically so you can rest easily knowing you will always have hot water.
The manifold consists of three main pieces the header pipe, insulation and the case.
